To get the desired outcome in terms of getting your product-wise profitability report, you must understand the cost and tax components associated with the product when selling online.

Think of these metrics as the bus stops toward the final destination (the desired outcome, the profitability index).

Now here’s the thing. You want to make sure that you are able to price your products well so that you don't lose orders and at the same time you don't end up losing more money in selling your products at a loss, by taking the wrong bus.
So how do you do that?

All of these product metric mappings are essentially what we call “product mapping events” — actions that you need to take to get the best out of your eVanik OneWorld Suite.

Let's get started with Product Cost Mapping.

Product Cost Mapping

Once logged into your eVanik OWS account, click on the integration menu in the left sidebar. Click on "Tally .ERP9". On top of the page, click on "Product".

Click on the button "Export Product" and a CSV file will be downloaded. Open the CSV file and update the 5th last column "Cost".

Save the CSV file and import the same by clicking on the "Import Products" button.

Product Cost mapping is complete now.
